Nottingham Forest frustrated with Henderson out for long.

Nottingham Forest were hit with bad news as on-loan goalkeeper Dean Henderson was rule out for five weeks with a ruptured injury sustained during last Premier League game.

The 25-year-old has join Nottingham Forest on loan from Manchester United until the end of the season with a groin injury. Along with having a long break with a chance of up to 5 full weeks, with the team having Wayne Hennessey as the team’s alternative outpost

“It’s something we have to discuss. Now we have a League Cup game. Two games without Henderson, of course, were already in play against Manchester United where we had him on loan. But apart from those two games? We have to come up with a plan to not have him in the team. His absence had a big impact on us. But it’s something we have to deal with. And help him get back on the pitch as quickly as possible,” said Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper.

“I’m very pleased to be joining a great team. With amazing fans and a wonderful history,” Henderson said.

“I would like to thank the manager and owners of Nottingham Forest for the great opportunity to feature in my first season back in the Premier League. I am thrilled to working with everyone at the club, from manager, players and goalkeeping coach Danny Alcock.
